Scribbles Preschool Curriculum
While Scribbles students are busy having fun with friends—singing, playing, creating and exercising—thanks to the creativity of our teachers, they are simultaneously achieving critical developmental milestones in the areas of Speech & Language, Math & Measurement, Movement & Motor Skills, Artistic Expression, Science & Discovery, and Social & Emotional development. See more details in the chart below.
At Scribbles, we teach according to guidelines established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG CHILDREN. Our curriculum is designed to meet essential developmental goals for each classroom/age group, and is reinforced by monthly themes, weekly planned activities, and daily schedules and routines that support those goals. Students benefit from a variety of educational activities in order to meet their diverse interests and learning styles, and those activities are enjoyed both in large groups and small groups, as well as through one-on-one teacher-student interactions.
